The BRCA is guided in its work by overall community interests dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for residents in the community and surrounding areas.

The Bay Ridge Civic Association (BRCA) was created in 1927 to serve the more than 400 families that reside in this small community just outside Annapolis, Maryland.

Our association is very active in Anne Arundel county affairs through membership on civic-minded boards, commissions, and other groups.
